Welcome to VeltroMart ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any of our services.

1. Account Terms

  • Eligibility: By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state/jurisdiction of residence) and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and restricted access to your computer or mobile device.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at VeltroMart.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices listed on VeltroMart are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Net Banking, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), digital wallets via authorized payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree, Instamojo), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item or service at any time without liability.

3. Product Descriptions & Availability

  • Accuracy: We strive to display product colors, features, specifications, and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or packaging may occur due to display monitor settings or manufacturing updates.

  • Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed.

  • Stock Limitations: All products are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales quantities of any products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Order Confirmation: Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not constitute our final acceptance of your order. An order is deemed accepted only when it is packed and dispatched from our fulfillment center or supplier warehouse.

  • Order Rejection/Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: limited quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, suspected fraud, or address unserviceability by courier partners.

  • Customer Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been picked up by our courier partner, standard return policies apply.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on your pin code and destination accessibility.

  • Third-Party Logistics: Shipping is handled by independent logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Xpressbees, BlueDart, CJdropshipping). We are not liable for reasonable delivery delays caused by courier logistics, natural disasters, political strikes, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from VeltroMart are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Window: Eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be returned within our designated return period (as detailed in our official Refund & Return Policy).

  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via direct bank transfer or UPI once verified.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts under Indian or international laws.

  • To violate any regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To submit false or misleading information, transmit viruses, or upload malicious code that impacts the functionality or operation of the website.

  • To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape content from the website.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VeltroMart, its directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products or service.

  • Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or products purchased shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in [Insert City, State, e.g., Vadodara, Gujarat], India.
